These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ContractBridge, a service operated by Ariizona LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("ContractBridge," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
"Service" means the ContractBridge website and application, including any related features. "User" or "you" means anyone who creates an account or otherwise uses the Service. "Content" means the documents, files, and other material you upload or submit to the Service.
ContractBridge helps you review vendor contracts: it extracts key terms, flags contradictions between and within documents, tracks incentives and rebates, and answers plain-language questions about documents you've uploaded. It is a tool to help you review contracts faster — it is not a substitute for legal review, and its output should be verified before you rely on it for a business or legal decision.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 years old to use ContractBridge. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it. You agree to use ContractBridge only for legitimate business purposes, and not to:

You retain ownership of the contracts and documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant ContractBridge a limited license to store, process, and analyze it solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your documents, and we do not use your content to train models for anyone else's benefit.
ContractBridge uses automated extraction and machine learning to read and summarize contract terms. This output is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in extracted terms, conflict flags, incentive calculations, or answers to your questions, and you should not rely solely on ContractBridge's output for critical business or legal decisions without independent verification. ContractBridge is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
ContractBridge, including its design, features, and underlying methods, is the property of Ariizona LLC. Except for the limited right to use the Service as intended, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from it.
ContractBridge is currently offered free of charge during a private testing period. If and when paid plans are introduced, we will update this section with pricing, billing terms, and refund policy, and will notify existing users before any charges apply to their account.
You may stop using ContractBridge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Support is available by email at support@contractbridge.io. We aim to respond promptly, though response times may vary while ContractBridge is in private testing.
ContractBridge is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly at this early stage of the product's life, and we may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime or material changes where practical.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about ContractBridge, you agree we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariizona LLC and ContractBridge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ContractBridge regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you. Continued use of ContractBridge after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
